Happy holiday weekend, friends! Whether you’re heading out for some festivities, or keeping it low-key, I think we can all agree dessert is a must! I wanted to put together a quick post for you with some incredible sweets you can whip up no matter what you have on the agenda, and to tell you the truth, the most difficult part will be deciding which to make first!
While no-bakes are perfect for warm weather and holiday weekends, I’m a huge fan of them all year round, especially as we move into the busy months ahead. You’ll definitely want to save this line-up and keep it handy because there just might be some grown-up pudding cups perfect for any and all seasons, and the Ultimate Peanut Butter Pie is a life saver, and as I was told recently, a life changer!
I’m going to kick this party off with everyone’s favorite Ultimate Peanut Butter Pie. It’s one of the most popular recipes to date, and if you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for?!
Sticking with the glorious combo, No-Bake Peanut Butter Krispie Treats are one of those recipes you’ll want to keep close at hand all year long! Think rice krispie treats you loved as a kid, but SO much better, and that sprinkle of sea salt is everything!
Sailing right along to my other favorite jar in the pantry, No-Bake Nutella Cheesecakes not only have Nutella in the cheesecake, but there’s also a hidden layer of Nutella ganache in there. Get the spoons ready!
When you love cheesecake, but it’s a million degrees, or you’re hosting girls night and want a really fun dessert, Baileys Cheesecake Pops for the win!
If that pretty in pink number up top caught your eye, I can assure you she’s not just a pretty face! The raspberry cheesecake icebox cake is a fun spin on the classic icebox cake minus the boxed stuff!
Chocolate Cream Pie “Garden Cups” are a wonderful treasure trove of homemade pudding, Oreo cookies and fresh whipped cream. They’e pretty much grown-up pudding cups and they’re even more magical than you remember.
Last, but certainly not least, Fun & Festive S’mores Skewers have party written all over them! This fun take on s’mores is always a hit and a must for the weekend!
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I’ll see you next week with some new sweets! By the way, if you have any recipe requests for Fall baking, leave me a comment. I love your input and can’t wait to share the fun Fall desserts I have in the works for you!
Happy baking! xo
