If I had to guess, I’d say they’re digging for Cadbury mini eggs. I’m kind of smitten with these little characters – like I really don’t think I’m going to be able to eat one. You know what the best part is? They’re all cupcake and buttercream and chocolate! So on second thought, maybe I will be able to eat one. The dilemmas I face on a daily basis… And they’re actually pretty easy to put together. Sprinkle on a little disco dust and they’ll definitely add some sparkle to your Easter celebration!
Happy Spring, friends! More importantly, happy Cadbury mini egg season! Due to the fact that I think Spring got lost somewhere, I’m thinking we should celebrate the latter. If you love Cadbury mini eggs you have come to the right place. These little blondie bites are filled with them plus lots of sprinkles! Mini eggs plus sprinkles together in a two bite blondie – almost too much for me to handle.
Where do I even begin with these? Every once in a while a recipe comes along that is so good, I find it hard to put into words. Magners brown butter waffles is definitely one of those recipes. All I can tell you is you need these in your life! The Magners definitely makes its presence known here and the little specks of brown butter floating around let you know that for a moment all is right in the world. And then there’s the syrup because you need syrup with your waffles, right? So I figured I’d make that out of Magners too. Breakfast, anyone?
Boy, do I have a treat for you guys today! You know those recipes that always make you feel like home? The ones that are perfect just the way they are, no tweaking needed. The recipes you take special care of because they’re handwritten. I mean seriously, is there anything better than a handwritten recipe someone shares with you? Well, today I’m sharing my dear friend Peggy’s recipe for traditional Irish brown bread. Although I’ll take a slice or two of this any day, it’s a must on Saint Patrick’s Day.
It’s time to get festive! What better way to get ready for Saint Patrick’s Day than with these fun shamrock cookies? Aside from being dressed to impress, these Baileys salted caramel chocolate shamrocks are filled with flavor! Lovely little cocoa cookies made with Baileys with a hint of caramel then sandwiched together with salted caramel… Let’s just call them a party waiting to happen!
Good morning and happy Friday! Can you believe today is March 1st? This gives me hope that we will eventually see Spring and I am so ready for it. Are you with me here? More importantly, saying hello to March means Saint Patrick’s Day is coming up! The countdown is officially on my friends, which can only mean one thing – it’s time for my Saint Patrick’s Day series! What better way to kick off this fun filled series and the weekend than with brownies. Dark chocolate truffle brownies spiked with Baileys to be exact!
There’s nothing like a stack of cookies to bring a smile to your face, and right now these have me smiling from ear to ear! Today’s recipe is a simple one and one you should make – like right now! I took one of my favorite cookie recipes and tweaked it a bit to create sweet and salty bliss. It’s the type of cookie that bakes slightly crisp on the outside while remaining soft and chewy on the inside. One that warms you up on a cold day, and one that is sure to keep you going back for more.
