As a pastry chef who has spent many years in the restaurant industry with a solid track record of building pastry departments, I am available to take your pastry department to the next level.  From restaurant openings, implementing commissary productions, and managing bakeries, I am skilled in knowing what works and how to capitalize on it.

Custom Cakes & Dessert Catering

If you have a wedding, shower, or other special occasion coming up, I would love the opportunity to create a one of a kind custom cake for you.  As well as cakes, I also do dessert catering including everything from cupcakes to dessert bars.
