Apple pie pancakes – oh, hey Fall! I don’t know if it’s normal to get this excited about pancakes, but I am, and I’m not one bit sorry about it! I’m also pretty pumped about this awesome holiday campaign I have to tell you all about, along with the amazing new Farberware cookware line that we’re giving away so you can make these pancakes, which are everything! Do you think I like them?
Okay, so apple pie is the quintessential Fall dessert, but apple pie pancakes have now become my quintessential Fall breakfast and brunch, and maybe dinner too – maybe…
The pancakes themselves are pretty swoon worthy all on their own. They’re filled with cinnamon and freshly grated nutmeg, and have just a hint of sweetness. They’ve also got a great fluff factor. That’s a technical term by the way 😉
And there’s whole wheat flour in there, so basically we get to eat even more without one drop of guilt!
But the apple pie topping is what you’re going to find yourself having to make more of and more of, and more of because that stuff disappears! Sometimes it disappears before it even makes it on the pancakes…
It’s also really good on top of ice cream. I’m just putting that out there.
Moral of this love story is you need to make a stack of these ASAP so hop over to Farberware to grab the apple pie pancake recipe! And they’re even better when you get to make them in some fabulous new cookware, which brings us to the next part of this situation!
So first I want tell you guys about this exciting new holiday campaign! I’m partnering with my friends at Farberware for #PureHoliday, a fun campaign all about getting back to the basics of cooking, celebrating and sharing this holiday season. We’re going to be sharing some incredible holiday dishes and desserts – of course! And there’s also going to be weekly video challenges posted on the Farberware facebook page. The first video is up and I’d love for you guys to check it out – I know you will rock these challenges!
Now for this gorgeous cookware! The giveaway is for one 12-piece Purecook Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set in aqua. I was lucky enough to receive my set a few weeks ago and have been using it since. The first thing I love is the color, the aqua is beautiful! So is the blue, lavender and gray, but we’ll get to that in the next few weeks! But seriously, doesn’t it make cooking better when you’re doing it in pretty cookware? And with the holidays right around the corner, this is definitely going to make all that cooking and baking easier!
The cookware is ceramic, but it’s surprisingly light and the cleanup is a dream! And I can’t believe I forgot to mention, they’re oven safe to 350 degrees. I love when pretty meets functional! The set includes everything from skillets to a great 5-quart Dutch oven perfect for pasta, soups, and caramel apples – ’tis the season!
You can enter below with rafflecopter and there’s a bunch of bonus entries!
Good luck and remember to go grab the pancake recipe after you enter the giveaway! I can’t wait to hear how you guys like them!
