Spirits and Liqueurs:

• Why do you put alcohol in your cookies?
At Buttercream Blondie, we use spirits and liqueurs to add
flavor and warmth to cookies and desserts. Our desserts are
similar to eating a piece of tiramisu made with rum, or a bread
pudding with brandy.

• Does the alcohol bake out of the cookies?
All alcohol goes into the cookie dough for flavor. Most of the
alcohol is baked out during cooking.

• Do you make anything without alcohol?
Yes. At Buttercream Blondie, it is important to us that everyone
feels included. We developed the Under 21 Club menu to always
give you an option without any alcohol.

• Where is Buttercream Blondie located?
Buttercream Blondie is located in Nashville, TN. We bake all of
our cookies and desserts in a commercial kitchen in
Nashville.

• Can I visit Buttercream Blondie?
At this time, we are e-commerce only. We produce all of our
cookies and desserts in a commercial kitchen and ship directly to
you.

Shipping:

• How will my cookies arrive?
Cookies are shipped using UPS. We suggest choosing 2 day
shipping to ensure the cookies arrive fresh from our kitchen to
yours.

• How should I store my cookies when they arrive?
Once you open the cookie packs, we suggest using the ties that
come with them to make sure they are sealed in their bags. You
can also transfer your cookies to an airtight container.

• How long will cookies stay fresh?
We suggest consuming cookies within 3-5 days for optimal
freshness.

• Can I freeze cookies?
Yes, cookies can be frozen up to 2 months. Please make sure
cookies are in an air tight container when freezing
