• Orders placed before 3 PM EST on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Monday will ship on the following Monday excluding business holidays.
• Orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday will ship Monday.
• Orders placed before 3 PM EST on Sunday will ship Monday.
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Sunday will ship Tuesday.

• Orders placed before 3PM EST on Sunday 12/18 will ship Monday 12/19.
• Orders placed after 3PM EST on Sunday 12/18 and before 3PM EST on Monday 12/19 will ship Tuesday 12/20.

• UPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
• Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
• Buttercream Blondie is not responsible for any UPS delivery delays due to the high volume that UPS experiences during the month of December.

All deliveries are sent using UPS to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. For best results, our products should be consumed within 5 days of delivery.

They can alternately be frozen upon arrival for up to months. Please make sure to store them tied tightly in the packages they arrive in, or store them in an airtight container when freezing.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Buttercream Blondie does not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders may not be cancelled.
